Disappointed with the shipping time.

I ordered a pair of their handmade earrings and a silk scarf for a friend's birthday. While the items themselves are beautiful and clearly well-crafted, the shipping took almost three weeks! I understand international shipping can be slow, but I wasn't given a clear estimate upfront, and it barely made it on time. A bit frustrating. The products are gems though once they arrive.

Cozy quilt, minor thread issue

My new Kantha quilt arrived today, and it's incredibly soft and vibrant. It's exactly what I wanted to brighten up my bedroom. There was one loose thread on the edge that I had to snip, but nothing major. For the value, especially with a coupon code I used, it's a fantastic purchase. Looks handmade with a lot of love.

Great quality table linen, a little pricey.

Bought a set of handloom table napkins and a runner for our dining room. The quality is fantastic, very durable, and the natural dyes give them a unique, earthy feel. They definitely stand out. My only small gripe is the price point; it feels a little steep even for artisanal products. But you really do get what you pay for in terms of quality and uniqueness.

Lovely Tunic, but size runs small.

Got the 'Indigo Dreams' Tunic during their festive sale. The embroidery is exquisite and the fabric is a nice, breathable cotton. However, I found the sizing quite small. I usually wear a M, but this was a bit snug in the shoulders. Had to exchange for a L, which was a smooth process with customer service. Just a heads up for future buyers to maybe size up!

Lovely dress, but sizing was a bit off

I purchased a block-printed cotton dress during their summer sale, using a 15% discount code I found. The fabric is gorgeous and super comfortable, perfect for warm weather. My only minor gripe is that the sizing seemed a little larger than expected for a 'small'. I usually fit S perfectly, but this one was quite roomy. Still, it's a beautiful piece and I'll keep it.
